Lots 15 and 16 drawings are in and permits are on their way from the city. The excavation for utility connections are in progress and these lots are next foundations to be dug.
Lots 26 and 27 are clear and permits are also coming from the city soon.
Lots 24 and 25 underground plumbing is complete and electrical is in process. The next step is insulating the in-floor heat then laying the slab.
Lots 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21 are moving along at a break neck pace. Trusses are up on 17 and 18. Roof decking is being installed within a week. 19, 20, and 21 are finishing up second floor framing and roof trusses are on site.
Rough plumbing is complete for lot 29 and crew is transitioning to lot 28 which will be completed this coming week. Rough electric is starting next week.
Residences 22 and 23 doors and window sills have been installed. Trim carpenters continue to work throughout the home, preparing for flooring.
Residence 5 electrical trim and plumbing trim out this coming week. The carpet is being installed at the end of this week. Xcel is coming to install and inspect meters. Residence 6 tile will begin install next week.

Please note that upgrade amounts are due within 10 days of the receipt of the final statement, unless your unit has not yet been permitted. In that latter case your upgrades are due along with your first deposit.
